The Scene development comprises of three, 16 level residential towers known as Scene One, Two and Three totalling 400 separate apartments, a Foodtown supermarket and two acres of bare land.The Scene development was a joint venture with Redwood Group Limited who are the developer and Equinox Capital who arranged the initial loans to enable the property to be purchased. The development is now complete with a residual value of $200m.
