•	Representation on all Joint Venture projects including reporting against budgets and time frames set at the outset.
•	Detailed evaluation and review of loan applications, advancing of funds and ongoing management of loans once drawn.
•	Financial accounting and reporting for all entities for which Equinox invest funds.
•	Development management of property projects.
•	Business management.
